Returns And Replacement Policy

Acceptance of return or replacement of products shall always be subject to and conditional upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions of this Return and Replacement policy as enumerated herein.

We may accept returns/ replacement for products purchased only through our website. Products purchased through any mode other than our website are not eligible for return/ replacement. Please note that used/ altered products cannot be returned/ replaced.

Products once purchased are non-refundable. Except as provided under the Refund Policy, no money will be refunded for the products purchased by you. A product purchased by you shall be eligible for return or replacement, as the case may be, if and only if such product satisfies any of the following conditions:

  1. The product is sold/ delivered in a physically damaged/defective condition; or
  2. The product has missing parts or accessories as ordered by you; or
  3. You have received a product which is either (i) different from the product described in the invoice or (ii) expired.

If the product purchased by you fulfills any of the above conditions, you are required to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at customercare@therealritual.com or calling on +919082642969 between 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, (Monday to Friday). However, the damaged/ missing product is required to be informed as above within 2 days of receipt of the package.

Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days from the date of receipt of return request from you. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team. You are required to return the product with original packaging tags, labels, original packaging, without tempering of serial number, alongwith the freebies and other parts or accessories failure of which shall lead to rejection of return/ replacement request.

On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.

Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you. Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In the event that a replacement may not be available, The Real Ritual may issue a credit note against the full amount of purchase price excluding the cash on delivery charges, shipping charges or other charges (if applicable). Credit notes can be utilized on a future purchase on our website.

All disputes in connection with Returns and Replacement Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only.
